Friday Bakes uses customer contact and order information to fulfill orders, process payments, respond to inquiries, and provide the text-message programs customers separately choose. Contact-form names, email addresses and messages are sent through our email provider to the bakery so we can respond to inquiries. Delivery addresses may be shared with Google Maps to plan bakery deliveries.
Friday Bakes does not sell, rent, transfer or share SMS opt-in data or consent for third-party marketing. Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Operational service providers, including payment, hosting and messaging providers, may process order and customer information only as needed to provide those services.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
SMS programs and consent

Our order-update and marketing-text programs are separate. We use your mobile number to send order confirmations and pickup or delivery reminders only as authorized for the order-update program. We use your mobile number to send recurring automated marketing texts about weekly menus, ordering openings and deadlines, seasonal products, and occasional offers only when you separately consent to Friday Bakes Marketing Texts. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Providing a number for fulfillment does not create marketing consent.
We keep records of your messaging choices, including your mobile number, the date and time of your consent or opt-out, the source of the request, and the consent wording or version shown to you. These records help us provide the requested program, resolve questions, and honor your preferences. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts from the applicable number or HELP for help. You can also contact us at https://fridaybakes.com/contact to manage either program or request that all bakery texts stop. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
We retain order, consent and delivery records to fulfill orders, resolve issues and honor opt-outs. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers or security codes.
