BREAD CLUB FAQ
What is Bread Club?
Bread Club is our weekly sourdough subscription.
Choose your favorite loaves and your standard pickup or delivery option once, and we’ll use those choices as your default for each Friday bake.
Bread Club members save 10% on every subscription order.
When am I charged?
You’ll be charged when you sign up for your first order, then automatically at each order’s cutoff, unless you skip that week.
Why do I need to agree to texts?
Before each Friday bake, we’ll text you a link to review your upcoming Bread Club order.
That link lets you make changes for that week, including updating your order, changing between pickup and delivery, or skipping the week.
Can I pick up my order or have it delivered?
Yes. When you join Bread Club, you’ll choose either pickup or delivery as your standard option.
That choice becomes your default each week, but you can change it for any upcoming order using the link we send by text.
Friday pickup is available in Pleasant Grove from 10 AM–12 PM. Delivery is available where offered.
Can I skip a week?
Yes. Bread Club is weekly, but you can skip any week you don’t want bread.
Use the link in your weekly text to skip before that week’s order cutoff.
Can I change my order?
Yes. Your regular Bread Club order is simply your default.
Each week, we’ll text you a link where you can review your upcoming order and make changes before the cutoff.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. If you need a longer break, you can pause your subscription.
For shorter breaks, you can simply skip the weeks you don’t need bread.
Why aren’t seasonal items listed?
Bread Club is built around the breads we can reliably offer every week. Seasonal and limited-time flavors may change throughout the year, so they aren’t always available as recurring subscription items.
You can still order seasonal specials separately whenever they’re on the menu.
